Job description

Promote the sales of DJI agricultural drones in Indonesia and strive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Assist sales department staff to maintain existing dealer relationships, actively develop new dealers, and open up new distribution channels.

Responsible for the formulation of policies, standards, and processes related to channel management to ensure that relevant policy standards can support the continuous development of the business.

Efficiently coordinate company resources and complete various tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as keen analytical and logical thinking skills.

Team awareness, ability to coordinate team atmosphere, and assist team members to achieve sales performance together.

At least five years of professional experience in business development in related industries, and a good record of successfully identifying and utilizing market opportunities.

Priority will be given to related industries (such as pesticide or agricultural machinery and equipment channels), and those with mature channels or relationships will be given priority. .
