Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth, focusing on expanding market presence and identifying new revenue opportunities in the logistics sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights for the companies service offerings and growth initiatives.

Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets through effective deal closures and partnership opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to align business goals and deliver comprehensive solutions. Provide regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in the logistics or supply chain industry.
