Position Overview

Responsible for executing sales activities and preparing reports on sales visits as well as sales target achievements. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and handle accounts receivable billing. Develop business growth by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales activities to consistently achieve individual targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Acquire new business from both corporate cargo owners and individual customers each month.
  • Perform regular sales visits to customers to gather information on their business conditions and monitor developments among their competitors.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during sales visits to ensure service quality.
  • Prepare and submit sales activity reports using the designated tools.
  • Manage billing for accounts receivable past the payment due date.
  • Maintain customer loyalty and ensure active transactions with existing clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of sales experience in forwarding or logistics, possessing advanced selling skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Possess a pleasant personality and strong communication skills.
  • Highly achievement-oriented, willing to travel, and able to work beyond regular office hours.
  • Committed to identifying and developing business opportunities through excellent client engagement and distinctive sales strategies.
