Job description

  • Manage relationships with Chinese-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile documents in Mandarin language.
  • Develop and prepare complex databases and reports to support decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and create effective sales strategies.
  • Provide appropriate solutions to customers, maintaining effective communication.
  • Identify and follow up on business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language & Literature or Business (study experience in China is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/forwarder.
  • Proficient in sales procedures and follow-ups.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken, HSK level 4 or above) and English.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel when necessary.
  • Hardworking, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
