About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leads Qualificator to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers via inbound chat, providing information about specific properties and encouraging them to schedule visits. Your goal is to foster interest and build relationships, ultimately driving leads to our sales team.

What You Will Do

  • Respond promptly to inbound chat inquiries from potential customers interested in purchasing properties
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide detailed information about specific properties, including features, pricing, and availability
  • Qualify leads based on customer interest and readiness to visit the project
  • Schedule property visits and follow up with customers to confirm appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and lead handoff
  • Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed responses.

What You Will Need

  • Minimum associate degree or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Telesales/Telemarketing/CS/CRM from Property startup company/Bank/Finance industry
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone
  • Strong conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Proficient in using CRM software and chat platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
