Sales Leader - Electrical (Commercial Buildings - OUTSIDE JAVA)

The Project Sales Leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a designated territory, with a focus on project sales (Commercial Buildings: Residential, High-Rise, etc). This individual will be fully dedicated to achieving long-term success in the market, leveraging their expertise and extensive network within the electrical industry.

Our client is a very well known, multinational electrical company.

Description

  • Integrate and specify the brand into project documentation, handling tender documentations.
  • Manage and actively pursue projects to secure successful outcomes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, specifiers, developers, M&E contractors, and panel builders.
  • Meet or exceed the assigned personal sales targets for the year.
  • Propose specifications and solutions based on the unique features of the products offered.
  • Collect relevant project information, including technical specifications and details about potential partners or candidates.
  • Organize and manage events for consultants, panel builders, and contractors to boost brand recognition and foster project collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project orders are secured.
  • Oversee project distributors to drive sales, maintain efficiency, and prepare monthly order forecasts and quarterly sales estimates.
  • Plan and manage the marketing and communications budget, staying updated on market trends in the electrical project sector to support promotions, branding, and events.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of project distributors on a quarterly basis.

Profile

  • 5+ years in sales and export roles within the electrical products and solutions sector, including low-voltage products, power distribution, and industrial control systems.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and building strong relationships with distributors, customers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated success in the project market, with a solid track record in key regions.
  • Strong leadership and execution skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic sales initiatives.
