We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in freight forwarding for ocean shipments. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 15 years of industry experience, a proven track record of managing more than 50 customer accounts, and a strong sales focus in regions such as India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and China. The role will be based in South Jakarta and requires proficiency in English, as well as the ability to handle digital platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow ocean freight export business from Indonesia to India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and China.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of over 50 existing customer accounts, focusing on sales growth and relationship management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the targeted regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations for customer shipments, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure and close business deals.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Utilize digital platforms and CRM tools to manage customer interactions, sales data, and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
