Sales IT - Industry IT/ IoT/ SaaS (Software as a Service)
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology, transportation, or fleet management industries.
  3. Business-level English communication skills are required.
  4. Basic understanding of fleet management solutions, including GPS tracking systems, vehicle operation management, and mobile DVR services.
  5. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Self-driven and goal-oriented attitude.
  7. Japanese language skills are an advantage.
  8. Active driver’s license (A) is required.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain relationships with businesses to offer fleet management solutions such as GPS tracking and mobile DVR services.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in industries relying on fleet management, such as logistics, transportation, and service companies.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions based on client needs, ensuring alignment with their fleet operations.
  4. Monitor the sales pipeline and drive prospects toward successful transactions to meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Manage the entire sales process from lead acquisition to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
