Logwin Air + Ocean is an international freight forwarding company with headquarter in Aschaffenburg, Germany providing customers with efficient, cost-effective solutions and multi-modal transportation services around the world. We operate as a group with about 190 own offices in about 36 countries. In Indonesia we are established since 1991 and have offices in Jakarta, Surabaya and new Office at Semarang. We can offer complete services in Indonesia with our own PPJK, own bonded warehouse (general, air conditioned, cold room and minus degree storage facilities) at Soewarna business park where is also our office location. In Indonesia we had a very strong development over the past years.

Job Description :

- Assist outdoor sales in their day to day activities.

- Report to Head of Sales on disciplinary matters and to the Country Director on functional matters.

- Manage, handle and grow businesses awarded by customers generated by Outdoor Sales - Farming activity.

- Address date enrichment for new customer acquisition

- Enter & manage reports in Cargowise (CW1) on behalf of outside sales – Training to be provided

- Source buying rates (costs) from Logwin’s network / agents and from local Indonesian operations in order to prepare quotations on behalf of outside sales

- Assist Outside Sales with prospects sourcing via phone calls and manage prospects qualification and handle together with Outdoor Sales, Sales Leads as distributed by the Head of Sales.

- Record and manage the filing of all quotations prepared for Outdoor Sales under the sales server. Quotations shall be easily accessible by Head of Sales.

- Be aware of Outside Sales weekly itinerary and whereabouts

- Process C Customers together with Customer Service and Operation for Outdoor sales customers

- Handover of client SOP’s for Outdoor Sales clients to Customer Service / Operations

- Handle the follow up of quotations submitted to clients and maintain success record

- Handle shipment follow ups for certain customers and for certain periods with the agreement of Head of Sales or Country Directors. Ultimately customers shall be handed over to operations / customer service.

- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as and when being assigned from time to time

General Requirements :

- Minimum 2 -3 years experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.

- Highly motivated and initiative Individual with a strong product knowledge in Import / Export ocean (NVOCC ) and Air, and selling experience of value-added service 3PL solution.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or management

- Working experience with sales techniques

- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
