Reporting Management

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are delivered accurately and on time.
• Develop and enhance reports to monitor sales performance, including dashboard development.

Data Analysis & Interpretation

• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop effective commercial strategies based on data analysis.
• Analyze and interpret data, and compile reports to provide insights into commercial activities.
• Ensure sales incentive calculations are aligned with commercial performance metrics.

Business Partnering

• Coordinate with the Finance Team for budget planning, best estimates, rolling forecasts, OPEX, and CAPEX to ensure alignment of all commercial budgets.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Team regarding auto purchase orders and stock replenishment.
• Provide data-driven input to the S&OP team to support supply planning decisions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to share insights and interpret user analysis results to support strategic decisions.

This role serves as a Commercial Data & Insights Lead, emphasizing business partnering and data utilization to drive commercial processes. The position involves managing and translating data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across functions, ensuring alignment with commercial goals. It specifically supports PT Mulia Boga Raya (Prochiz), a subsidiary of the Garudafood Group, by enabling data-driven planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize commercial effectiveness.
