Job description

  • Market and promote heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and vibros, focusing on the mining sector.
  • Achieve sales targets that have been determined by management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding business networks and acquiring new customers.
  • Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to develop innovative, competitive, and profitable sales strategies.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all client projects and business transactions.
  • Manage the sales process from closing deals to ensuring payments are completed.
  • Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
  • Identify and approach potential customers based on the existing database.
  • Monitor sales progress and create monthly reports.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience in heavy equipment/truck industry.
  • Preferably have strong, well-established connections in the mining, agriculture, or forestry sectors.
  • Proactive and results-driven sales professional with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, a quick learner who adapts to market trends and innovations.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
