KG Media recherche un professionnel des ventes pour développer des stratégies efficaces axées sur les clients gouvernementaux. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en vente dans l'industrie des médias, un diplôme en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe et de fortes compétences en communication et en leadership. Ce rôle impliquera la gestion de relations clés et la collaboration avec des équipes internes pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5-7 ans d'expérience en vente, avec un accent sur les clients gouvernementaux.
  • Capacité à comprendre les politiques gouvernementales et les processus réglementaires.
  • Proactif, collaboratif et axé sur les résultats.

Responsibilities

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces avec les Account Executives.
  • Gérer des relations à long terme avec des clients gouvernementaux.
  • Préparer des rapports pour suivre les progrès.

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies with Account Executives to increase revenue from government clients.
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets and revenue goals set specifically for government clients.
  • Manage long-term relationships with government clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions that align with the company's offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and production to ensure the seamless execution.
  • Prepare reports to track progress, identify potential opportunities, and suggest improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales (pref. in media industry), with a focus on government clients or large-scale projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in engaging with government entities.
  • Strategic thinker with an understanding of government policies and regulatory processes.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive and collaborative.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
