Sales Flexible Packaging

PT Global Plastik Industri (GPI) is a holding company of four manufacturing plants, consisting of two blown film facilities and two flexible packaging facilities. Established in 2008, GPI specializes in producing high-quality custom linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) films in roll form, available in various sizes, thicknesses, and colors. Our products are widely used in lamination, printing, flexible packaging, and bag making applications.

As a member of our Sales team, you will play a key role in expanding the market reach of our flexible packaging products, serving clients across various industries. The position is based in Cikarang, West Java – a strategic industrial hub with access to a wide network of potential customers.

What You'll Do:

1. Generate partnerships between clients, including upselling and cross-selling.
2. Develop positive relationships with clients.
3. Act as a point of contact and address individual customer needs.
4. Manage projects in client relationships, working to fulfill client goals while meeting company objectives.
5. Responsible for maintaining current client satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service every day.
6. Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
7. Estimate and track client account metrics, aligning with company goals.
8. Recommend actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
10. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and needs.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales, particularly in flexible packaging industry or B2B.
2. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
3. Mastery of negotiation and presentation skills.
4. Able to work independently by prioritizing tasks, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of the Flexible Packaging Industry is a Must!
6. Willingness to be based in Cikarang or Bekasi.
