Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
2. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B and B2G sales, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects and sales achievements.
3. Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates your sales skills and highlights past accomplishments in fleet sales.
4. Exhibit expert knowledge of sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
5. Showcase strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills to develop scalable and effective sales solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of overseeing fleet sales projects from concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
2. Collaborate closely with marketing teams, product managers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of sales strategies.
3. Adjust sales strategies and plans to align with client or management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving market requirements.
4. Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in B2B and B2G sales.
