About The Role

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new leads while building a recurring customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a lead pipeline to consistently meet monthly targets.
  • Proactively source leads through direct engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead contact to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with leads, ensuring engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support revenue-driven activities in line with the company’s Business Plan.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of strategies.

Role Of The Sales Executive

  • Customer Service - Focus on both customer acquisition and retention through a sound customer service approach
  • Optimize and maximise revenue opportunities from the user base
  • Provide high quality customer experience through a combination of product, service and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with preference given to candidates with experience in the agribusiness industry.
  • Demonstrated success in generating opportunities with tangible results.
  • A well-established network of contacts within the palm oil industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the palm oil sector.
  • Ability to conduct business canvassing and must own a personal vehicle.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Placement will be in Pekanbaru.
