About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Export professional to join our thriving PT ANEKA KAKAO' team. As a Sales Export Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in international markets and driving revenue growth for our esteemed organisation. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta and Surabaya, East Java.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target export markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business prospects
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive client experience
• Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations to showcase performance and insights

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the food industry
• Strong understanding of international trade, export procedures and customer service best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and closing complex sales deals
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet aggressive sales targets
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
