The Sales Executive handles all sales activities within their area, assisting the Sales Manager with groups under 10 guestrooms and in-house catering, under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Senior Sales Managers, in coordination with the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Hilton University courses and pass assessments promptly.
  • Gain and apply hotel product knowledge and related activities.
  • Implement sales action plans for their market area as per the marketing plan.
  • Maintain files on major active accounts in their market area.
  • Promote and generate sales leads for other Hilton hotels.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and competition trends to management.
  • Assist in hotel inspections for walk-ins, meetings, and contracted clients, planning follow-up actions.
  • Welcome top key accounts, group organizers, and VIP guests during check-in.
  • Share sales-related information with other departments as needed.
  • Attend pre-conference meetings and assist with post-conference reports.
  • Perform duties efficiently according to hotel policies to meet objectives.
  • Maintain effective team relations and uphold professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • University degree.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
  • Good team player.
