Sales Executive - Surgery UROLOGY

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, direct, and monitor the work of Sales Executives.
2. Conduct joint visits with the team.
3. Responsible for sales targets (achievement) and growth.
4. Build good communication relationships with the entire sales team and maintain a marketing network with all potential markets in the area.
5. Evaluate the team's performance and sales targets.
6. Determine the selling price and discounts of products based on the company's price list.
7. Coordinate with the head office Product Department in terms of team training, marketing strategies, product presentations, availability of products, and estimation of future needs.
8. Maintain effective communication patterns with clients or customers, both existing clients and other potential clients.
9. Open new potential markets and build networks with various parties related to the sale of the company's products, especially with hospitals, local government, and partners/work partners of the company.
10. Organize workshops/presentations/meetings with related parties such as hospitals and private or government agencies to advance sales of the company's products.

Qualifications:

1. S1 graduate from any educational background.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales marketing of Medical Devices.
3. Having a wide network and experience establishing relations with Doctors/Hospitals in the designated area.
4. Confident and have high initiative.
5. Good leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage an extensive team in different work locations.
7. Willing to go on frequent business trips.
8. Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
