An innovative company is seeking a dynamic sales executive to promote and market medical equipment products. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in the healthcare market and sales strategies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and effectively communicating product details. Identifying potential clients or new business opportunity to promote, sell, and market medical equipment products (all product)
Achieve and exceed the sales target through innovative sales strategies
Develop and maintain new and grow existing relationships as well as leverage customer relationship to increase sales revenue in territory, client satisfaction and retention
Attend trade shows and medical equipment exhibition
Able to effectively communicate the product details and negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience related to Medical Device Business
Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Health Analyst/any other relevant major
Good understanding of Healthcare Market and related procedures
Good understanding in purchasing procedures for government hospitals, private hospitals and government agencies (public health office, etc) as well as e-catalog, bidding process and joint operation (KSO)
Good presentation skills, negotiation skills with strong sales and marketing strategy is a must
Ability to use CRM/Sales Force applications
Having own vehicle
Native applicants from Surabaya are mandatory
