Search and generate leads through multiple channels to build a strong pipeline.
Develop and implement sales strategies by offer McEasy Product to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base from various channels, whether by telephone, events, or providing offers to partners and resellers.
Conduct presentations and demos to PIC/decision makers from potential customers regarding the features and advantages of McEasy products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Update activities and dealing processes with customers/potential customers via CRM software.
Requirements:
Minimum Education SMA/SMK, or all majors (marketing, communication, or management are preffered)
Preferably have 2 years experience as telemarketing/sales/account executive
Proven track record in sales, with a focus on B2B or technology sectors are preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong networking abilities with a knack for building and nurturing relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
Ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions
