Job description

Job Overview: Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, managing relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Paper and Packaging sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Job Description:

  1. Coordinate with Area Managers to develop and execute sales plans.
  2. Support pricing strategies and new customer acquisition.
  3. Maintain strong communication with customers, including order handling and delivery follow-up.
  4. Oversee product development requests and ensure timely execution.
  5. Resolve customer complaints effectively and document resolutions.
  6. Ensure accurate administration of shipping, billing, and returns.
  7. Track receivables and monitor timely payments.
  8. Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts to support sales planning.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  6. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  7. Good command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  8. Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.
  9. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
