A steel and metal products company is seeking a Sales Executive to conduct market research and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the industry, with proficiency in English and knowledge of the steel market. The position requires strong negotiation skills and willingness to travel.
Conduct market research, analyze the market demand, competition situation and policies and regulations of Indonesian steel, and find potential customers and business opportunities.
Use multiple channels to develop the market, such as participating in industry exhibitions, online promotion, business negotiations, etc., to establish and maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Business Execution
Be familiar with the specifications, performance, quality standards, etc. of the company's steel products, and provide professional product recommendations and solutions according to customer needs.
Conduct business negotiations with customers, determine contract terms such as price, delivery date, payment method, sign sales contracts, and follow up on the execution of contracts to ensure on-time, quality and quantity delivery.
Coordinate the company's internal procurement, logistics, quality inspection and other departments to solve problems in the order execution process and ensure that customers receive the goods smoothly.
