Job description

Identify and target potential customers in domestic transportation/export import services (freight forwarding).

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and establish long-term relationships.

Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure optimal service and pricing.

Maintain detailed sales records and reports, tracking progress to achieve sales targets.

Prepare and submit work and sales achievement reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency is preferred.
  • Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with customers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal teams.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  • Do you have experience in a sales role?
  • Do you have freight forwarding experience?
  • Are you available to travel and work outside usual hours when required (e.g., weekends, evenings, public holidays)?
  • Which languages are you fluent in?
