Job Description

Identify and target potential customers in domestic transportation/export import services (freight forwarding).

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and establish long-term relationships.

Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure optimal service and pricing.

Maintain detailed sales records and reports, track progress, and achieve sales targets.

Prepare and submit work and sales achievement reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency is preferred.
  • Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with customers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal teams.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  • Experience in freight forwarding is advantageous.
  • Availability to work outside usual hours when required (e.g., weekends, evenings, public holidays).
  • Fluency in one or more languages (please specify).
