Overview
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to establish partnerships and programs with schools.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within schools, including administrators, teachers, and parent-teacher associations.

Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably from Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience of proven experience in sales, preferably within the indoor playground, education sector and family entertainment industry
- A strong network or existing database of private schools in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) that regularly organize external activities is a significant plus.
- Strong network of connections within the educational sector, particularly with schools and educational institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of partnership programs effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, presentations, and networking events.
