Job summary

A leading Indonesian heavy equipment company is seeking a Sales Professional to drive opportunities and manage customer relations in remote areas. Ideal candidates should possess a min. S1 education and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the heavy equipment industry. Must hold a valid SIM A driving license and be willing to work under a 16-week on/off roster schedule. This role promises a competitive salary of IDR 20,000,000 per month, reflecting the skills and determination required for success.

Responsibilities

Who you'll be working for

A leading Indonesian company established in 1970, specializing in heavy equipment solutions. It provides sales, rental, parts, and maintenance services across mining, construction, forestry, agriculture, marine, and energy sectors, supporting major industries nationwide with strong technical expertise and nationwide service networks.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Having SIM A driving license.
  • Un.
  • Personality: Good Appearance, Confident, Willing to learn, Having sales spirit, Grit.
  • Age: Max, 35.
  • Education: Min. S1 from any major.
  • Experience: Min. 3 years' experience as a Sales (However, candidates who are willing to be placed in Weda or Morowali and do not have formal Sales experience but possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process and have informal sales experience (e.g., as a business owner or assisting in a family business) will also be considered).
  • Industry: HE industry.
  • Gender: Preferably Male.
  • Language: Native or Mandarin HSK-4.
  • Willing to be placed in remote area and business travel based on business needs.
  • Must be willing to work under the company's roster system: 16 weeks on-site followed by 2 weeks off-site (steady day schedule - office hours Monday to Friday only).
  • Dormitory based.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Responsible for creating opportunity externally and collect required amount of data regarding the opportunity.
  • Responsible for interacting with the customer to define requirement and inform the same to the Application Engineering.
  • Responsible for creating customer solution along with Application Engineering and propose the solution to the customer.
  • Responsible for creating customer quote based on agreed solution, estimated delivery time and approved price.
  • Responsible for informing customer about down payment requirements and receive down payment.
  • Responsible for determining call structure and approach, prepare discussion content and questions for need analysis.
  • Responsible for gathering information from customer as and when required.
  • Responsible for receiving PO, send invoice to the customer, confirm delivery and manage A/R collection.
