Sales Executive (Personal Care / Flavor & Fragrances)

Minimum 2 year experience in marketing & sales roles in Personal Care or Flavor & Fragrances Business

Technical knowledge in the Personal Care, or Flavor & Fragrances Industry is highly valued

Strong relationship with current customers

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field (BSc in Chemistry or equivalent will be preferred)

Maximum age 27 years

Excellent communication skills, good personal disciplines and high integrity

Superior analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team

Fluency in English is a plus (both oral & written)

Willing to travel out of town for business.

Possess a SIM A driving license and able to drive a car.

Placement around PIK, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Develop new customers and achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and customers satisfaction

Monitor supply chain to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Manage accounts receivable, to secure timely payments from customers.

Collect and gather market information, grasp product sales situation, analyze competitive situation, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to meet market needs.

Venture into new industries and expand market presence

Complete tasks assigned and regularly report work progress.
