Sales Executive (Mondial, Frank&co, The Palace) - Jabodetabek

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Representative to join our team in the Jabodetabek area. You will promote and sell our prestigious jewellery brands, including Mondial, Frank&co, and The Palace, to high-end customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  2. Showcase our jewellery collections with excellent product knowledge and customer service
  3. Achieve individual and team sales targets through prospecting and closing sales
  4. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brands and generate leads
  5. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for improvements
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support success

What we're looking for

  • Minimum education: Senior High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Proven experience in sales within fashion, luxury retail, automotive, or hospitality industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
  • Passion for the luxury retail industry and understanding of high-end fashion products
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays, with 1 weekday off)
