Job description

Adecco Group is currently supporting one of our Marine Hardware clients in their search for Sales Executive that will be placed in Batam.

Job Description:

Handle sales of marine hardware products to shipyards

Follow up with existing and potential customers (mainly local shipyards)

Conduct regular visits to shipyard sites (expect outdoor/rough environments)

Coordinate with Jakarta and Singapore teams for product training and sales updates

Represent the company during client meetings and support negotiations

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the marine or shipyard industry (trading who handle marine equipment can try)

Fluent in English or Mandarin (spoken & written)

Willing to travel to Jakarta and Singapore for training and meetings

Passport-ready for international travel

Comfortable working in a field-based role (frequent visits to shipyards)

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Willing to work under 6 months contract
