Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Administration

  1. Support and assist Sales Manager for operational and administrative tasks

Offline sales

  1. Implement sales strategies
  2. Proactively identify and pursue Sales opportunities in China markets
  3. Establish a strong presence and achieve significant market share
  4. Maintain long-term relationships with assigned agencies and segments

Digital sales

  1. Facilitates social media engagement and creating content in China digital channels
  2. Executes promotions campaigns for our products through relevant digital and social media channels
  3. Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive and negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly
  4. Collaborating with media partners
  5. Collaborating with sales manager to develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual promotion budgets, formats, and objectives.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
  2. Proficient in administrative tasks, consistently ensuring accurate and timely completion of assignments
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills
  4. Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
  5. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  6. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
