AYANA Hospitality is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join the team at Delonix Hotel Karawang. This role involves promoting our hotel and services to Mandarin-speaking clients, building relationships, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel agencies to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Create tailored proposals and presentations for clients, demonstrating how Delonix Hotel can meet their needs.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information and advice about the hotel and its services.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to execute promotional campaigns targeted at Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to selling.
