AYANA Hospitality is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join the team at Delonix Hotel Karawang. This role involves promoting our hotel and services to Mandarin-speaking clients, building relationships, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.


Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel agencies to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  3. Create tailored proposals and presentations for clients, demonstrating how Delonix Hotel can meet their needs.
  4. Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information and advice about the hotel and its services.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to execute promotional campaigns targeted at Mandarin-speaking clients.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts for management review.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
