Key Responsibilities:

1. Master and share in-depth knowledge of luxury watch brands with customers, offering expert advice and guidance.
2. Deliver outstanding service excellence, adhering to brand standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Build and nurture relationships with both new and loyal clients, establishing trust and rapport.
4. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring preferences and information are accurately recorded.
5. Contribute to sales goals by consistently achieving monthly store targets.
6. Perform daily stock inventory and ensure product availability.
7. Maintain the boutique’s environment, displays, and sales kits in pristine condition.
8. Provide additional services such as bracelet shortening and strap adjustments to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Diploma degree from a reputable academy or university.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a high-end brand, bringing confidence and expertise in luxury customer service.
3. Strong passion for sales, self-motivated, and determined to meet and exceed goals.
4. Team-oriented, with the ability to perform independently and thrive in a competitive environment.
5. Fluency in both verbal and written English is essential.
6. Flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
