The Opportunity
PT SYSTEX ASIA INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge IT solutions to customers across Jakarta Raya and the surrounding region. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their IT needs and pain points
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our range of IT solutions to generate interest and secure sales
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to customers to build strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the overall growth of the business
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the IT/technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the IT solutions landscape and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different customer profiles
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing or Information Technology
