Controlling and handling end-to-end processes in Marketing and Sales with a strategic perspective to win the market and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to business planning and develop marketing strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and overall goals.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities and results; direct the marketing team's efforts.
- Analyze and develop marketing strategies to reach a broader customer base.
- Improve efficiency within the sales and marketing departments.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills, including communicating goals and strategies, setting rules, and maintaining discipline within the team.
- Resolve human-related issues and achieve targets, motivating the team effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field (IT Solution).
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and key selling points to prospective clients.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and creativity.
- Confidence and strong persuasion skills.
- Enthusiastic about generating new leads independently; able to work under pressure and result-oriented.
- Solid sales record of at least 2 years.
