Job description

Controlling and handling end-to-end processes in Marketing and Sales with a strategic perspective to win the market and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to business planning and develop marketing strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and overall goals.
  2. Monitor and evaluate project activities and results; direct the marketing team's efforts.
  3. Analyze and develop marketing strategies to reach a broader customer base.
  4. Improve efficiency within the sales and marketing departments.
  5. Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills, including communicating goals and strategies, setting rules, and maintaining discipline within the team.
  6. Resolve human-related issues and achieve targets, motivating the team effectively.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field (IT Solution).
  2. Maximum age of 35 years.
  3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  4. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and key selling points to prospective clients.
  5. Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and creativity.
  6. Confidence and strong persuasion skills.
  7. Enthusiastic about generating new leads independently; able to work under pressure and result-oriented.
  8. Solid sales record of at least 2 years.
