PT Berkat Sumber Rizki is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive - Forklifts to join our dynamic team in Kemayoran ,North Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales of our industry-leading forklift products and solutions. What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals

Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly

Prepare and present compelling sales proposals that highlight the unique features and benefits of our forklift offerings

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery and after-sales support

Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities

Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other marketing initiatives to promote the company's brand and solutions

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree from a Public University in Indonesia.

Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the material handling or industrial equipment industry

Strong understanding of forklift technology, applications, and industry regulations

Able to communicate in English or Mandarin as well as speaking in Bahasa Indonesia

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding results

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
