A leading company in the Horeca sector is seeking a sales supervisor to develop strategies and boost market share. You will collaborate with marketing, build client relationships, and drive growth while making data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management within the food service sector.

What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales supervisor or management role in the Horeca and food service sector
Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
Passion for the Horeca and food service industry and understanding of market trends
