The role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PT Niaga Indo Tama'. In this full-time position based in Bogor Regency, West Java, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers

Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

Provide sales forecasts and reports to management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and product knowledge

What we're looking for

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Science, Engineering or equivalent

Having 1-3 years of experience in a sales, preferably within the food ingredients specially Dairy industries

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
