Sales Executive (Energy & System, Sustainability)
Reporting to Head of Sales & Operations, you will be responsible for managing the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing of Customer Sales End to End Engagement & Value Fulfilment within required Company Industry Standard and Business Process, as execution of customer orders. You will have main focus on Energy & System (ENS) and Sustainability as target for sales & follow up end to end, to various customer includes defined KAM in the Division Industrial Services (IS) & Company (PT. TUV SUD Indonesia).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Sales Plan with Personal Target of EUR 640K – 1000K value of sales either in one-time contract/customer order or framework contract/customer order, with OR +7 to 10% or more, with CRM Updates.
- Manage Customer & key Account for end-to-end sales engagement: from business development, marketing, proposal, customer order, contract execution, acceptance, invoice & collection in a timely manner.
- Responsible for Sales Process compliance, Contract Management.
- Actively identify and pursue Add-On Sales in received Customer Order.
- Supporting Head of Sales for promoting and performing marketing of TÜV SÜD Indonesia businesses especially under responsibility of IS in Indonesia.
- Support in building IS Sales Pipeline at least twice than target for annual sales which includes existing service and new services according to Company latest directive and services portfolios, especially in Company listed Key Customer / Account.
- Support in Managing and responsible for the achievement of assigned IS Annual and Quarterly Sales & OR target.
- Liaise with other TÜV SÜD Entities and Partners for readiness of sales engagement and timely proposal submission.
- Carry out Customer or Marketing visits, marketing presentation, provide proposal / quotations and follow-up potential clients.
- Provide timely periodic report for sales review meetings with the Steering Committee: plan vs status vs forecast to completion with Action or Mitigation Plan as required.
- Support for Sourcing for Required Resources & Tools.
- Interface and provide support for other departments on sales and tender activities including new service development.
- Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to inspection.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant Discipline.
- Excellent Leadership in Sales & Customer Engagement.
- Excellent Technical, Contract & Business Acumen.
- Good customer communications and engagement with the capability to generate add on sales.
- Qualified as Senior Inspector or Auditor is considered as a plus point.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
