Responsible for formulating and implementing the appropriate and effective marketing/sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
Responsible for monitoring sales collection and ensuring customer payments are made on time.
Responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining business and social relationships with current and potential clients.
Responsible for regular follow-up with clients, presentations to clients, and close monitoring of sales closures.
Responsible for providing good after-sales service to clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsible for providing constant customer feedback/request and market updates to the management.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Will focus in East Java Area (Surabaya).
Candidate must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
1-2 years of sales experience (preferably).
A strong interest in Medical/Medical Imaging is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Persistent, target-oriented, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to convince potential customers based on value selling instead of competing on price.
Good at closing deals with customers and collecting orders.
Have a positive and growth mindset with an entrepreneurial passion.
Good in time management.
Willing to travel around Indonesia.
Have a driving license (SIM A).
Possess own transport.
Must be good in written and conversational English.
