What You Will Experience
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities of Chemical products within the assigned territory
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and cross-sell additional products
  • Accurately forecast sales and provide detailed reporting to the regional sales manager
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform your sales approach
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the chemical industry
  • Fresh Graduate - Chemical Engineering / Chemistry are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A results-driven mindset and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data and identify sales opportunities
  • Base office at Mojokerto, willing to travel as coverage area
