As a Sales Executive – Automotive (4W), you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, closing deals, and supporting our customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey.


Requirements:
  • Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the 4-wheeled automotive sector.

  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, consumer behavior, and competitive market dynamics.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • High energy, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset.


Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and walk-in inquiries.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle models, financing options, and services.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with the team to create promotional strategies and events to drive showroom traffic.
