About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at PT Kreasi Intiplas Mandiri. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving ambitious revenue targets for our innovative range of plastic products. Based in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, Banten, this position is integral to the continued growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify and close new business opportunities.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  3. Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  4. Presenting our products and services in a compelling way to potential customers.
  5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any post-sales queries or concerns.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales and marketing efforts.
  7. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role in food ingredients.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical, or Chemical Engineering.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  5. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  6. Have a valid driving license.
