BusinessKids is a globally recognized entrepreneurial development program for children aged 4–14 years, fostering creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial mindset through engaging classes, seminars, and the BusinessKids magazine. Founded in Mexico in 2011, BusinessKids is now expanding to Indonesia through a dynamic local partnership. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team and help establish our presence in Indonesia.
As a Sales Executive at BusinessKids Indonesia, you will play a key role in driving enrollment and building relationships with parents, schools, and institutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding our impact in the education sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for education and sales.
Schedule appointments and trial classes, conduct sales presentations to visiting parents and assure them that BusinessKids is the place to go for their children's bright futures. Deliver exceptional services to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts to the School Manager, detailing customer engagement, opportunities, and expected closures.
Generate leads and develop sales tools and resources to accelerate new business development (B2C and B2B) and enhance existing sales opportunities.
Proactively assist the sales team by addressing missed or stalled opportunities to maintain sales momentum.
Collect and share regular feedback on BusinessKids’ programs from independent schools, institutions, and other stakeholders.
Represent BusinessKids at marketing events, seminars, webinars, and technical briefings to generate leads and promote our programs.
Submit detailed weekly sales reports to the School Manager and BusinessKids owner.
1–2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the education sector.
Experience in telemarketing is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.
Passionate about serving children and parents, with a commitment to educational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Age range: 20–30 years.
Willingness to engage in canvassing activities for 75%–85% of the time, as required.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
