Job Description:

  • Having excellent knowledge of security systems concepts such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Intercom, Fire Alarms System, etc.
  • Search for new accounts (channels), develop, and manage key accounts.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with accounts and maximize sales opportunities within them.
  • Generate, create, develop, and manage partnerships.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase income from partners.
  • Analyze market competition and competitor activities to gain market insights.
  • Determine annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotations.
  • Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Business Management, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the security systems industry or technology-related products (CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems).
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written (must).
  • Customer service orientation.
  • High motivation and assertiveness.
  • Willingness to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical thinking skills.
