Role Summary:
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding The Secret Society’s presence in Bali by driving new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and delivering revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, charismatic, and has a strong understanding of the Bali market and its vibrant creative ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s client base in Bali.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including agencies, hospitality groups, fashion, lifestyle, and F&B brands.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, community management) to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Represent The Secret Society at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in media, marketing, hospitality, or a related creative industry.
- Strong network within Bali’s lifestyle, hospitality, and creative sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
