Job summary

A leading lubricants distributor in Indonesia is seeking a motivated sales executive to manage relationships with customers in the industrial and automotive sectors. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience. You will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and providing technical support to clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably coolant products.
  • Must have a valid driving license (SIM C & SIM A).
  • Able to effectively communicate across different functions and client levels.

About the role

As a sales executive, you will meet and exceed sales targets, updating pipeline, manage negotiations with senior-level executives, establish long term relationships with customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in industrial and automotive sectors.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate engine coolant product recommendations.
  • Conduct product presentations and support clients with technical inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and market trends.
  • Coordinate with technical and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
