Job description

At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Well-groomed and confident appearance.

Skilled in communication, negotiation, and able to build good networking.

Proficient in operating MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

Enjoys challenges and is target-oriented.

Holds a driving license (SIM A).

Willing to travel out of town/to the head office (Bogor) if necessary.

Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers every month according to targets.

Promote, educate, and sell until closing deals with potential customers

Actively establish and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Collaborate with the Production, QC, and RND departments to ensure the best quality according to customer needs.

Provide solutions and input regarding customer issues.

Prepare daily work plans related to customer visit activities.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports periodically.

Conduct monitoring and analysis of product prices, marketing strategies, and customer service.
