Job summary

Wells Lifestyle seeks a driven Sales Executive to promote premium Korean water purifiers to retail and corporate clients across the Jakarta area. You will lead product presentations, manage leads from inquiry to close, and coordinate showroom or on-site visits.

The role requires strong communication, negotiations, and a proactive mindset to meet monthly targets, maintain client relations, and prepare quotations and reports for the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree, any major.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; fresh graduates with strong communication are welcome.
• Experience in direct selling or premium/lifestyle products is a plus.
• Must be target-driven, proactive and resilient to rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; well-groomed and personable.
• Active spoken English is a plus for corporate/expatriate clients.
• Own vehicle with driving license (SIM C) and willingness to visit client locations.

Sales Executive at Wells Lifestyle, the official distributor of premium Korean water purifiers in Indonesia. You will sell premium water purifier products to prospective retail and corporate clients (hospitality, F&B, corporations) across the Jakarta area, serving both retail and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

Sell premium water purifier products to prospective retail and corporate clients

Follow up on incoming leads through to closing

Conduct product visits/presentations to prospective clients, either at the showroom or on-site

Prepare quotations and assist with negotiations

Maintain relationships with existing clients, including following up on filter replacement/maintenance schedules

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the supervisor

Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams on client needs

About you

Minimum D3/S1 degree, any major (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred)

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales — fresh graduates with strong communication skills and high motivation are also welcome to apply

Experience in direct selling, property, automotive, or premium/lifestyle products is a plus

Target-driven, highly proactive, and resilient in the face of rejection

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Well-groomed and personable, comfortable engaging directly with clients

Active spoken English (a plus, especially for handling corporate/expatriate clients)

Own vehicle and driving license (SIM C), willing to visit client locations (optional)

Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic social media for follow-ups and reporting
