Finding and contacting potential buyers through social media, databases, exhibitions, and networking.

Conducting presentations and providing complete information about property products to potential buyers.

Following up on prospects and building good relationships with clients.

Assisting in the sales administration process, from unit ordering to contract handover.

Reporting sales activities periodically to superiors or the management team.

Attending product and sales strategy training provided by the developer or company.
