Qualifications

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive for our Japan Market, as detailed below:

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and vendors, and contributing to the successful execution of premium events across Asia. The role involves close collaboration with the internal team and regular virtual meetings to maintain project alignment and momentum. Occasional regional travel is expected to support on-site event operations.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years in Japanese travel or events industry
  • Good experience in hospitality or a related field
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese
  • Microsoft Team Tools, Excel, PPT, Canva, Project Management Tools Experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, independence, responsibility, and self-motivation
  • Willing to travel for work (primarily for short durations, typically a few days - 1 week per event)

Scope of Work

  • File and keep track of client communications
  • Filing sales projects in related files
  • Ask for quotes from vendors both verbally and electronically
  • Create and update pitch quotes to clients
  • Keep track and save vendor quotes and invoices for each project
  • Get menus and availability of venues and vendors for activities
  • Update and file vendor and product updates for easy retrieval
  • Update presentation decks for sales
  • Update project management tool
  • Daily team meeting on zoom
